Nutrition Edge Returns & Refund Policy

At Nutrition Edge, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. We carefully pack every order, but we understand that issues can sometimes arise during transit. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.


1. Conditions for Returns

We only accept returns for items that have been delivered damaged or are faulty upon arrival.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, you must report this to us within 48 hours of the delivery time. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to both the product and its packaging.
  • Faulty Product: If a product is genuinely faulty (e.g., the seal was broken upon arrival, or there's a manufacturing defect making it unusable), please report this to us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been opened, used, or has had its protective seal broken, unless the product is deemed faulty upon initial inspection as per the conditions above.

This includes products where the tamper-evident seal or packaging has been compromised after delivery.


3. How to Report a Damaged or Faulty Item

If your item has arrived damaged or is faulty, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Email us at support@nutritionedge.co.uk
  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, a clear description of the damage or fault, and, most importantly, attach clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. This helps us to assess the issue and process your claim efficiently.
  3. Do Not Dispose of the Item: Please retain the damaged item and all original packaging until you receive instructions from our customer service team.

Our team will review your report and guide you through the next steps, which may include returning the item to us.


4. Return Shipping for Damaged/Faulty Items

If your return request for a damaged or faulty item is approved, we will provide instructions for its return. We will cover the cost of return shipping for approved damaged or faulty items.


5. Refunds

Once your returned damaged or faulty item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Changed Your Mind?

Please note that under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, perishable goods or goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (such as many food, drink, or supplement products), are exempt from the 14-day "cooling-off period." As such, we cannot accept returns for products if you simply change your mind, unless they are unopened, unused, and within the 48-hour reporting window for delivery issues.
